FallStop… Move Strong™ - The Fall Prevention & Strengthening Program™

This program uses the results of current research about older adults and fall prevention. Our goal is to improve strength, flexibility, balance and confidence, and to reduce risk for falls, so that older adults can remain active and safe both at home and in the community.
