What's Inside:
- A DVD with four 12-minute exercise sessions. Do them separately or as a full program. Every day or just three times a week! The exercises target strengthening, coordination, flexibility and balance, plus weight bearing exercises to improve bone strength. Exercise instructions are given for 3 levels, and many of the exercises can be performed while seated.
- A booklet of tips and strategies you can use to reduce your risk for falls — at home, in your community and in everyday life.
